Waking Nights Support Worker

Waking Nights Support Worker needed to support vulnerable young people with physical disabilities at a SEN school based in Alton, Hampshire supporting students for care and education.

Shift Pattern (guaranteed hours):

  • Waking nights: (Mon-Thurs + Sun) 20:00pm- 07:00am, (Fri-Sat) 21:00pm- 08:00am.

Requirements for you as the Waking Nights Support Worker:

  • Enhanced Child & Adults DBS on the update service

  • Car Driver non-essential

  • Previous experience working in a residential or supported living setting supporting children and young adults aged between 2-25 years, with physical disabilities.

  • Supportive and positive attitude.

  • Ability to transform the lives of vulnerable young people, support them through their transition to adulthood.

  • Promote inclusion and independence to the students.

  • Compassionate and dedicated individual.

  • Good ability for moving and handling.

Pay Rate: Starting £10.50 - £11.00 hour + holiday pay
