This is an exceptional opportunity to work for one of the largest and most well-known IT brands in the world as a 1st Line Support Engineer based on a highly secure site in Erskine.

Job Summary
As the 1st Line Support Engineer you will join the Command Centre Team providing incident management and rapid response activities to major incidents for several secure clients.

  • Provide first level support.

  • Escalate High severity Incidents.

  • Collect log information to support Incident restoration.

  • Assist Event activities and develop skills to provide support for 2nd line resolution.

1st Line Support Engineer Essential Skills:

  • Experience in 1st Line Support.

  • Ability to attain SC Clearance

  • Call logging experience.

Working hours:

All night shifts 7pm - 7am.

5 nights on, 4 nights off
