Monday – Friday

Processing and managing customer orders.

Support the Sales department to ensure that the expectations and requirements of our customers are being met and that any issues raised are being effectively communicated and dealt with.

Role specific responsibilities: -

Customer Orders Processing

  • Processing customer sales orders and amendments
  • Working with the planner and transport to ensure all customer requests go smoothly
  • Dealing with day-to-day telephone calls, taking accountability for actioning any customer questions.
  • Communicating shortages and overs to customer
  • Contacting customers regarding order issues/late deliveries
  • Performing day to day customer service
  • Building relationships and rapport with the customers
  • Working with finance and account managers to ensure on hold customers/orders are dealt with efficiently to avoid delivery delays

Sales Support

  • Organising Samples to customers
  • Assisting with NPD projects
  • Directing and supporting new sales enquiries promptly
  • Running appropriate reports whenever needed
  • Admin support for the Account Managers

Sales and Customer System Management

  • New product set up on internal systems
  • Actioning product amendments in line with customer needs.
  • Role specific skills required.
