Sales Specialist (GI) : Endoscopy

The Role:

Primary purpose - Increase GI, Urology and Pulmonology category sales.
However will also sell the full range of Endoscopy capital equipment - 95% and associated consumables - 5% + service contracts.
Selling into secondary care - Consultants, procurement & other key stake-holders that need to be brought in.
AOV - £25k.

Lead times can vary from 18 months - 3 years.
80% Existing business + 20% NB.

Maintain & keep business levels and look at new opportunities where possible.
£35k-£45k basic + £10k uncapped based on Sales (Uncapped) + Bonus which is based on Individual/Team/Company 15% of basic salary (based on set objectives the business/personal have set, Company Car OR Car Funding Scheme, Pension, Healthcare, Death in Service, Mobile & laptop, 25 days holiday + the option to either buy or sell up to 5 days + bank holidays.
Area is worth just over £1million.
Area covers Lancaster, Bradford, Blackburn, Preston, Liverpool, Manchester, Bolton, Oldham, Halifax, Huddersfield, Sheffield, Manchester, Warrington, Cheshire, Crewe, Stockport & Wigan (Postcodes LA, BD, BB, PR, FYY, HX, OL, BL, WN, L, WA, M, HD, S, SK, CW, CH)





The Ideal Person:

Looking for candidates from a Medical capital equipment background.
Someone that understands the sales process of a capital led product.

Ideally someone from an Endoscopy Capital Equipment background.
Associated products like X-Ray machines, optical machines, any type of large capital equipment that is sold into a hospital would be ideal.
Need people that have the right attitude.
A lot of their competitors are on this patch so needs someone that will understand the right people to talk to, that are think skinned and can be creative in how they generate an opportunity.
Educated to Degree standard.
Established sales person with track record of achieving personal targets.
Proven track record of success in Capital Sales to NHS and winning competitors business.
Understanding of UK health care market and its current challenges.
Full, clean driving licence.
