Office & Finance Manager

The company is looking for an Office and Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be pivotal in the smooth running of the agency.

With a variety of duties the successful candidate should demonstrate experience with finance and office management.

About the Role:


  • Support the IT requirements of the agency, managing equipment, suppliers and software licences 
  • Managing facilities and supporting with health and safety requirements
  • Managing utilities, negotiating contracts and paying suppliers 
  • General office management such as filing, managing office keys and booking meeting rooms 
  • HR support including setting up new members of staff, creating contracts and running wellbeing surveys 
  • Finance support including invoicing, managing payroll and preparing reports 
  • General office tasks such as gathering client feedback and ensuring time is recorded accurately 
  • Supporting the director with diary and travel planning 

About You:


  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Confident self-starter
  • Great people skills and ability to build rapport with clients, staff and suppliers
  • Strong written, spelling & grammar and verbal skills
  • Reassuring and calm personality
  • Able to multitask and prioritise with a positive, flexible, can do attitude
  • Must have experience using Xero 

Job Type: Part time, three days a week (two to be based from their central London office)

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 pro rata, depending on experience
