IT Service Desk Analyst

An exciting new role has arisen for a talented Service Desk Analyst / Level 1 Technical Support Officer to join an award-winning company that is currently experiencing exceptional growth. 

Within this role, you shall be working with ServiceNow the ticketing system, providing troubleshooting, maintenance, and IT support on Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 products.  You will use tools such as Active Directory to help you fulfil your role.   Everyone in the company is currently working from home, and there are no plans to change this in the near future, however, you should be based a commutable distance from City Centre Birmingham, in case things change in the future and they adopt a more hybrid role.  (Office vs work from home).  However as confirmed, they have no plans as such to ask employees to go back to the office at this stage. 

To apply for this role you must possess strong administration skills in Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.  Any experience working with ServiceNow would be a bonus, although full training will be provided.
