What are they looking for?

An outgoing energetic Partnerships Manager with passion in an abundance to drive forward the goal of becoming a household name.

Thsi role could be suitable if you have previoulsy worked as a regional manager in banking or other national organisations. 

Please note that this is a remote working role so applicants can be based anywhere in the UK.

Partnerships is a huge growth area for the business, there is no ceiling to the opportunity and size of this prize.

ActionCOACH are looking to partner with some of the biggest brands around in the world of business and they need you to bring your A game.

You will have a track record of building effective relationships & delivering against KPI’s, you will be a team player along with being a self-starter.

You will use your influencing and sales skills to grow existing and future partners to drive up referral volumes for the company's coaching network.

Your day-to-day responsibilities?


  • Establish meaningful personal and business goals
  • Execute proven sales and marketing strategies
  • Building relationships with existing partners to grow referral volumes
  • Develop a strategy to prospect and onboard new partners
  • Oversee and manage the client journey from a prospect through to becoming a client 
  • Planning / Preparing / presenting for different events / meetings / exhibitions to help grow our brand
  • The varied work will suit a person who has a proven record of building trust, impeccable ethics, effective problem-solving and results driven skills in the business environment.

  • Has solid skills in: business, marketing/sales, PLUS, the ability and desire to learn from others …
  • Worked in a B2B sales environment
  • Excellent presentation skills
