Senior Service Manager - London SW3 - £31550.00 - Permanent

Our client is a leading global provider of facility services, providing services to complement customer's workplace.

They use a unique combination of data, insight and most importantly, people to make a difference across diverse environments such as offices and factories, airports and hospitals across the world.

They are looking for a Senior Service Manager to join their team based in London on a permanent basis, you will be responsible for the day-to-day liaison of the service with the client and manage this to meet and exceed targets on all performance aspects.

Key Responsibilities
, Complete all relevant documentation and maintain accurate records for company systems including, sickness procedures, quality monitoring, training, and staff performance monitoring.
, To assist the Operations Manager in the completion of all company reports and documentation in relation to the services provided within the agreed timescales.
, To control and monitor sickness levels on site and ensure that HR processes are followed in managing sickness and absenteeism.
, To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with all major stakeholders (colleagues, patients, visitors, and Trust Staff) in line with best practice, to ensure satisfaction with our service.
, To plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out by individuals under the positions control, in conjunction with managing annual leave requests and service demand while meeting the required target hours.

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
, Working knowledge of Level 3 Health & Safety.
, Working knowledge of Support Services in Healthcare (or comparable equivalent) at NVQ Level 2 .
, Customer Care Training.
, Excellent literacy skills in the English language.
, Previous experience in managing or supervising within a service contract.
, Sound knowledge of equipment and Health and Safety.
, Previous experience in labour management.
, Previous experience in financial accounting.
