Transformation Project Manager - West Bromwich

Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a role for a Transformation Project Manager in West Bromwich.

This pay rate for this role is £30 per hour (Ltd) and has an initial 5-month contract.

Main Duties:


  • A Project Manager is required to support the development of an EPMA solution utilising PDC funding and time constraints and tenure of the project would make recruitment and subsequent delivery of the EPMA Outline Business Case unlikely in the time frame agreed within the Trust and with NHSE/I who have provided funding
  • Work closely with a broad range of senior clinicians and managers across the organisation, and with external partners to shape and deliver against the operational and strategic priorities of the Trust.
  • Keep up to date on developments within defined areas
  • Budgetary responsibility for defined projects.
  • Provide expert project and change management advice to the organisation
  • Responsible for fostering high levels of stakeholder engagement, and those completed projects are handed over to business-as-usual operational services in a ‘fit for purpose’ state

Requirements of the Transformation Project Manager:


  • Post graduate qualification in relevant field essential
  • Recognised Project Management Qualification would be desirable
  • Extensive NHS experience in project management
  • Knowledge of NHS finances
  • An enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months is desirable but not essential
