Location: Hybrid split or fully remote - with travel to Wilmslow (Head office) and Cumbria
Hours of Work: Full and part-time role available
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum + bonus

The Role
We are looking for a Resourcer who will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying suitable candidates for our Fire and Electrical division.

You won't just pick up the phone and check they have the right qualifications and experience; you will talk to them about all things Citation from our exciting hyper-growth plans to our fun-love culture.

, Advertise vacancies by writing and placing adverts on a range of platforms such as job boards and social media i.e.

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
, Headhunt - identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work
, Manage the recruitment inbox of applications from referrals to direct applications
, Use of ATS to track data and talent pipeline
, Sift through candidate applications, review and create shortlists
, Qualify/interview candidates over the phone
, Co-ordinate diaries and book in interviews
, To be a Brand Ambassador - You will truly believe in the Citation culture and will sell the amazing opportunities to both experienced and graduate candidates
, Act as that support between Recruitment, HR and IT with new starters and report back any updates
