Business Development Support

This Engineering Sales Support is with a UK based EPCM company, specialising in the design, installation and commissioning of manufacturing plants / equipment within the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and FMCG sectors.

This role offers the opportunity to act as an Engineering Sales Support on a range of manufacturing sites working with one of the most reputable and experienced teams within the sector.


The Engineering Sales Support will be working alongside the Business Development Manager primarily based at the offices in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

This role will support the technical, design and project teams to develop and sell a broad range of Process, Mechanical and EC&I services ensuring stable growth of the business.


Responsibilities of the Engineering Sales Support;



  • Researching prospective project opportunities / potential clients within new and existing markets.

  • Research and develop target list for outbound telesales calls.

  • Targeted business development to prospective clients.

  • To work to achieve monthly KPI's and targets.


To be successful in this position it would be preferable to have a background working in an Account Management, Sales Support or Business Development.

It would be an advantage to have built experience working within some form of Engineering discipline, this can be built through education, direct industry and supply to the sector.


The Engineering Sales Support is a permanent position with scope to progress into other areas of the business.
