Front of House Manager & Social Media Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising the day to day running of a luxury business centre.

- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Booking meeting rooms and serving refreshments.
- Ensuring meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to a high standard handling tenant request.
- Distributing mail to tenants.

- Diary Management.
- Stock control.

Reporting: faults within the building, tenant requests and maintenance jobs to be completed.

IT literate, specifically Outlook, Excel & Social Media platforms.
