Trade Reservations Consultant

Amazing opportunity to work within the Reservations Department for a leading Tour Operator in London.

You will be part of a team in dealing with efficient call handling and processing of Trade Reservations.
The Job:
, Efficient handling of trade phone calls
, Dealing with incoming reservations emails, responding & actioning items in a timely manner
, Resolving minor problems
, Close communication with relevant departments in the Office
, Liaison with London documentation department
, Running and processing of general reports as assigned by the Team Leader
, Interaction with EU Sales & Marketing teams
, General administration
Skills Required:
, Educated to GCSE level or higher
, 2-3 years' experience in the Sales Environment.

Preference for luxury and/or travel knowledge
, Excellent English verbal and writing skills
, Competent telephone skills
, Microsoft office
, Good Customer Service
, Verbal and written communication skills
, Organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
, Work independently and be self-motivated
, Be an effective resource in a team environment

The Package:
, Basic salary of £24,000 - £26,000 plus incentives
