We have two offices (Birmingham & Leicester.) Our Head office is in Birmingham City centre.

We paid everyone 100% of their salary while they were on Furlough and while we are all back at it now, people are only coming into the office 3 days of their choice per week.

Due to our growing success, we are now looking to strengthen our team with the addition of a recruitment administrator to support our Major Accounts contract division and our Directors.

The role

  • Support the Directors with any back office administration tasks.

  • Raise all contracts and electronic paperwork necessary for a Contract worker to start their new role, currently between 10-20 per month.

  • Chase and file the Contracts and associated documents on our internal database (Access).

  • Gain copies of ID, Bank A/C, Passport & any other Documents legally required from the Contract worker.

  • To conduct Pre-Employment Verification Checks and ensure the correct Insurances are held.

  • To provide a professional On-Boarding structure and answer the Contractors queries.

  • To ensure contractor checklist is complete with all documents returned and filed before the contractors start (or an extension takes place).

  • Organise equipment for new starters to be sent out (i.e laptops / keyboard / headset).

  • Manage contractors Holiday allowances using the Leave Wizard portal.

  • To provide administrative support to the Recruiters.

    This will include the issue of emails, letters and reports.

  • To deal with general telephone enquiries as appropriate.

  • To maintain accurate records.

  • To build good working relationships with the Contract Workers and Co-workers.

  • Uphold excellent customer service through telephone, email and face-to-face communication.

  • Assist with new starters internally.

  • Looking after the office equipment, maintain passwords for all systems and programmes.

  • In addition to these functions, employees are required to undertake other such duties as may be reasonably required.


  • Strong administration skills, ideally with recruitment experience

  • Highly organised, with diary/inbox management experience

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams

  • Able to work independently with a high level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Able to effectively manage workload

  • Experience using Xero or a similar financial software would be advantageous

  • Ability to closely follow stringent procedures and policies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

  • A team player able to work on own initiative but comfortable to escalate and ask for direction when required.

  • Confident, bubbly & hard working

The Birmingham Office

We have a newly refurbished penthouse office based in the Zellig Building of the Custard Factory, where you will find plenty cafés for your lunch and bars for after work! Though you will be allowed to work from home 2 days per week if needed.

We also have a smart/casual dress code policy.

Additional incentives

You will get 20 days annual holiday.

This will increase to a max of 25, but we do shutdown in between Christmas & New Year which is offered in addition to your annual holiday allocation!

If you are a parent, there is the opportunity to work from home and be flexible in terms of hours.

In fact, even if you are not, we're happy to be reasonable!
