Domestic Gas Engineer - Installation


Basic salary from £35,000 / 45hr working week / Monday - Friday / 28 Days Holiday / Van & Fuel Card / Bonus Scheme


We have been established for over 40 years and during that time have built excellent reputations with our clients across the South East specialising in the gas and electrical sector.

We have grown to be one of the UKs largest gas boiler suppliers, visiting residential properties, contacting up to 1.2 million people a year.


Due to on-going company growth, we are now looking to recruit gas engineers to carry out full installs throughout domestic properties.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Installation of boilers & central heating systems throughout domestic properties

  • Installs, combi swaps & conversions

  • Gas safety works

  • Field based - Customer facing position



Essential Qualifications / Experience:



  • At least 2 years minimum service experience within the domestic gas installation industry

  • Domestic ACS gas safe certified (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1)

  • Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, OFTEC, HETAS & LPG qualifications would be an advantage

  • Full Driver's Licence


Package:



  • Basic salary from: £35,000 - £38,000 (on experience & location)



  • London weighting paid = 8% of annual salary



  • 45 hour week (this includes a 30 min lunch break)

  • 20 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year to maximum of 25) + 8 bank holiday days

  • Overtime rates paid at 1.5

  • Bonus scheme based on productivity
