Senior Property Services Administrator/Operations Administrator


Job title - Senior Property Services/Operations Administrator
Location - London E2
Contract - Permanent
Hours - Full time 40 hours per week
Start Date - Asap

The Role Summary
Our client is looking to recruit an individual to work 4 days a week under the head of property services as a senior property services administrator and 1 day a week under the director of operations as a senior operations administrator.


Your key duties within the Property Services role will include:



  • The management of repairs calls and reporting services.

  • Allocation of minor works to Maintenance Operative

  • Monitoring and managing servicing contracts

  • Budget & Invoice Processing & reporting

  • Management of first point of contact service



Your key duties within the Operations role will include:



  • Leading on the coordination of corporate projects.

    Initially a property management data base

  • To develop project plans with Dir Ops to deliver projects

  • To input data and set up data checking systems

  • Coordination of training programmes - including liaison with training providers, booking training rooms, liaison with mangers and staff and update training records on cascade

  • Participation in the corporate management of the organisation including a range of governance, communications and information functions

  • To provide general team assistance as required



Key requirements



  • Administration/Database experience

  • Extensive experience working in a property Services department

  • experience of managing repairs department functions

  • Ability to organise own work-load effectively, with sufficient

  • flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively to peaks of pressure.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion.

  • Ability to manage and develop administrative systems and computerised information and to organise information so that it is accessible to others within the organisation.

  • High level of skill in a range of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.

  • Experience of database management and data inputting.

  • Ability to present information in a professional and creative way.
