I am looking for an experienced Service Manager or a Registered Manager who has managed learning disabilities services in a residential or supported living setup to manage two services, one in Reading and one in Maidenhead.


You will have strong leadership skills and a good track record of managing staff, safeguarding adults and person-centred care.


Your role would be managing the supported living services, the line management of Deputy Manager and all other staff, leading on all compliance, safeguarding and health and safety delivering high-quality person-centred care.

To be considered as Service Manager, you must:



  • have QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care Experience managing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities.

  • Multiple site management

  • Excellent staff management skills and ability to lead large teams
