Fostering Manager - Charity

A Charity is looking for a Registered Manager to for their West Midlands Fostering service.

This is a permanent, full-time position that is has partial home-working.

You will need to have a strong background within Fostering as a Manager, ideally within an Independent Fostering Agency.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:



  • Supervision and Management of Social Workers

  • Business Development

  • Foster Carer recruitment and retention

  • Quality Assurance



Requirements of you as Registered Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • Significant experience of working within Fostering

  • Experience as a Manager

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence



Location: West Midlands


Salary: Up to £46,460 + benefits
