The client is looking for:

  • A good quality Employment Lawyer with ideally at least 5 yrs pqe and above and they really are flexible when it comes to this, it is all about having the right calibre of experience, there's no upper limit.

  • Someone with a practical and commercial approach who is a team player.

  • The successful candidate should have extensive respondent experience and be able to work with high calibre clients, many of whom are sophisticated HR teams.
