Sales Administrator

As Sales Administrator you will be part of a small and dedicated team in this fast paced role.

The role is full time and permanent working onsite in Brackley and offering a salary of between £21,000 and £23,000 DOE.


Purpose of the role:
To provide full sales administration support from sales order processing to delivering good to the customer using highly organised administration skills and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Accountabilities for the Sales Administrator:



  • Providing full administration support through the sales order process

  • Tracking and logging all customer contracts, matching these with goods ordered

  • Resolving queries, approving orders, making amendments and obtaining quotes from suppliers

  • Processing orders, sending purchase order to suppliers, once payment is received, within SLA

  • Updating delivery dates with the network

  • Providing excellent customer service to the customer and the network

  • Credit control, liaising with the accounts team

  • Reporting any damaged or missing items

  • Organising conferences, training days, meetings, booking hotels

  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong administration and organisational skills

  • Solid IT skills full Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Self motivated with excellent time management skills
