Due to growth , we require additional 360 Recruiters to our Temporaries Social Care and Education team.

This is a fast paced team, which supplies Temporary workers into SEN schools, Children and Young Persons provisions , Adults Supported Living services and many more services cross the UK.

What will I be doing each day ?

- Calling prospective candidates , using our CRM and CV searching platforms

- Advertising your key roles

- Calling new prospective clients , setting up meetings and negotiating terms of business

- Looking after your clients daily, weekly and monthly needs

- Placing new candidates weekly into new roles

- Negotiating candidates pay and ensure they have enough hours each week
