Graduate Sustainability Engineer

We are looking for a Graduate Sustainability Engineer with buildings knowledge and either experience of or an interest in, BREEAM, as soon as possible for a permanent position in Manchester.

Competitive salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus 25 days' holiday + statutory, private health care, health care cash plan, pension and working in the office 5 days per week to begin with whilst getting up to speed then moving to 3 days in the office and 2 working from home per week.



Working as the successful Graduate Sustainability Engineer you will join a team at their busy Manchester office to support on key projects and develop your skillset in Sustainability.

The client we are supplying has increased their workload in providing clients with sustainability advice and managing building certifications and is growing fast.

Job Requirements:




*Degree in Sustainability or similar discipline.




*A passion for sustainability and developing sustainable buildings.




*Some experience of sustainability in practice would be useful but not a prerequisite.




*Willing to learn and work in different fields within sustainability and be flexible in their approach to work.




*Results driven, enjoy challenging opportunities, have a positive attitude and are resourceful.




*You will have a high degree of integrity, professional ethics, respect and sense of responsibility.




*Be an organized individual who can manage their time effectively and produce work of a high quality.




*Be capable of prioritising your own workload and operating systematically.




*Be PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.




*Have excellent written English, possess excellent communication and report writing skills.



The client we are supplying this Graduate Sustainability Engineer to are a Building Services Engineering Consultancy to the construction industry.
