A new role has just landed for a Registered Manager for a national company providing support to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

We are looking for someone who can lead mentor and coach a team who provide high quality person-centred care and support for individuals with complex care needs, including autism and behaviours of concern.

We are looking for:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management


• Extensive experience and understanding of Learning Disabilities and Autism


• Experience of setting up and transitioning residents into a new service


• Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
