Recruitment Consultant - Industrial

We are searching for THE BEST 360 recruiters to join our growing team! As an experienced recruiter you will be working as a key member within our industrial team.

You will manage and develop an existing client base recruiting experienced warehouse and production staff for our key client accounts whilst building your own desk.

Working in a fast-paced environment you must have the ability to forge relationships quickly the ability to multitask conflicting priorities.

This is a demanding role, so resilience is a key attribute required.

• Developing your desk using a variety of techniques to attract new business.


• Meet and exceeding sales targets


• Working with education clients to build supportive, long-lasting relationships.


• Source prospective candidates through a variety of channels.


• Screen candidates for suitability including qualifications and culture.


• Manage the interview and placement process from point of application to fulfilment.


• Market research
