Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue to join our well established client who specialise in the design and manufacture of electronics for lighting, on a permanent basis.

The role of Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue will join the existing R&D team and closely collaborate with Embedded Software and Mechanical Design engineers to create the next generation of products, LED drivers and Multi sensors.

The role of Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue will be based in Ware, Hertfordshire.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 with a 16:30 finish on a Friday.

Requirements of the Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue

• Experience within a similar role / industry


• Experience with switched mode power supplies, triac, IGBT and MOSFET control


• Design-for-manufacture/test, EMC testing, multi-layer PCB layout using Altium and custom inductor design


• RF experience with 2.4GHz (Zigbee, Bluetooth etc) and sub 1GHz radio systems is also be highly desirable


• Must be a strong team player
