Senior Java Developer

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Java Developer to join our clients team based in Stuttgart.


Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Active participation in our development projects within Germany in the field of service-oriented architectures

  • Participation in the creation of interface specifications and IT concepts

  • Acceptance of work packages in development including quality assurance measures

  • Active participation in all project phases using agile development methods

  • Technical knowledge transfer and communication within the (project) teams

  • Evaluation and integration of new technologies / frameworks into our solutions

  • Integration of our solutions with the customer's third-party systems


Skills and Requirements:



  • Completed studies (university/FH) in computer science, business informatics or comparable professional training

  • Several years of professional experience with method and technology skills in the context of Java/Java EE and Agile Development

  • Comprehensive knowledge of distributed, service-oriented architectures, object-oriented analysis and design, enterprise application integration (architecture and patterns), Java EE enterprise environments

  • Ideally knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, XSD, Spring, Tomcat, JBoss/Wildfly, WebSphere, Unix and front-end technologies such as JSF, Angular or React

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

  • Enjoy working in a team

  • You bring flexibility and willingness to travel with you
