A Local Authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to be a Consultant Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) for their Social Work academy team in Northamptonshire.

This position is a full-time and permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities for you as the Consultant Social Worker:

• Training student Social Workers


• Working to the Signs of Safety model


• Work with the Service Managers


• Supervising student Social Worker's work

Requirements for you as the Consultant Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)


• Registered with Social Work England


• Significant Children's frontline Social Work experience


• Practice Educator Level 2


• An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care

Salary Scale: £46,164 + £48,253 benefits dependent on experience
