A Specialist Charity is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to work with Older People in the community.

This is a permanent and full-time position.

Responsibilities for you as the Social Worker:

• Managing a caseload


• Carrying out Assessments


• Providing intervention (Welfare benefits advice, advocacy, emotional support, lifestyle advice)


• Reporting to the Senior Social Worker


• Working with partner agencies & professionals

Requirements of you as the Social Worker:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)


• Experience within Adult's Social Work


• A Social Work England registration


• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
