SMSTS Qualified Construction Site Manager required on a project in Tylwch, Llanidloes for 4 weeks duration to start asap.
As the Construction Site Manager, you will be required to:
- Carry out daily reports,
- Report on the programme
- Snag work
- Liaise with the client and contractors
- Organise contractors
- Supervise the site
We can pay £300 - £350 per day outside of IR35 for Ltd.
Co, or we can pay CIS or umbrella.
Candidates will need to hold current SMSTS and a First Aid at Work (3 day) Certificate
