They are searching for a talented Management Accountant to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping their financial performance and future growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing the management accounts pack each month and producing commentary
• Review of working paper support files that go with the pack.
• Review of final accounts with Finance Director each month.
• Assisting in dashboard development/creation and maintenance
• Assisting in the annual budget process
• Linking the financial models with outputs from buying and merchandising.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Providing reporting support to the wider business where necessary
• Overseeing the ERP system and solution enhancements for finance or the wider business
• Representing finance in weekly trade meetings
• Brand Profitability analysis
• Retail Sales Analysis

Skills or Experience Required:

• Strong financial modelling skills and the confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Experienced in management accounts
• Experience of Power BI
• Excellent mathematical and numeracy skills
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Methodical and organised
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Microsoft Business Central and Jet analytics an advantage
• Ideally studying towards a profession accountancy qualification and be either part qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACA/ACMA/CIPFA)
