Charles Hunter Associates are currently recruiting for a Qualified Children's Social Worker to join a Family Safeguarding and Child Protection Team on a Locum basis.

About the team

This team strive to implement positive change in children, families and carers lives by using systemic social work methods.

They've established collaborative robust working with partner agencies; and promote and model effective inter-agency working arrangements to ensure children are protected from risk of significant harm.

The team carry out safeguarding enquiries, to support children, families and carers to implement action plans appropriate to their wishes and circumstances.

About you

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, proactive professional with a strong working knowledge of Children's legislation.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Children's setting is beneficial for this role.
