Job Description: As a Sewing Machinist , you will play a crucial role in our production process.

Your primary responsibility will be operating sewing machines to create a variety of textile and garment products, following provided patterns, designs, or instructions.

You will be an integral part of our production team, ensuring the highest quality standards are met and that products are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Sewing Operations: Operate sewing machines to sew, stitch, and assemble textile components in accordance with provided patterns and specifications.


  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet the established quality standards, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.


  • Material Handling: Handle, cut, and prepare fabric and materials for sewing as needed.


  • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.


  • Production Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and timelines, contributing to the smooth flow of the manufacturing process.


  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the production team, including designers, cutters, and quality control staff, to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.


  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and reporting any safety concerns or incidents.


    • Qualifications and Skills:


    • Proven experience as a Sewing Machinist, preferably in a manufacturing or textile production setting.
    • Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines, including single and double-needle machines.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and technical instructions.
    • Knowledge of different fabric types and their handling requirements.
    • Basic maintenance skills for sewing machines.
    • Good teamwork and communication skills.
