Packaging Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Packaging Supervisor to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Essex area.

As the Packaging Supervisor you will be responsible for clearly managing and leading the main packaging facility.

You will keep working toward a steady and effective production output while upholding remarkably high standards of quality.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Packaging Supervisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.

In accordance with applicable GMP, Quality, and Engineering standards, support other stakeholders with the certification and validation processes related to the construction or upgrading of new or existing production facilities and the installation or upgrading of new or existing processing equipment.



2.

Gain a thorough understanding of serialization and aggregation and learn how to use them independently.



3.

Utilize the company's ERP system as the primary tool for managing raw material stock levels and closing work orders.



4.

Investigate operational problems affecting production, product quality and process quality and subsequently recommend and deliver solutions.



ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Packaging Supervisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1.

Relevant experience within pharmaceutical production.

2.

Proven industry experience working with PQS, including CAPA's, Deviations and Change controls.

3.

A working knowledge and practical experience with packaging within a manufacturing site.
