Position: High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
School: Special Education Needs (SEN) – Primary and Secondary
Start Dates: 15th of April 2024

Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of high-quality lessons in both primary and secondary classrooms, adapting to individual student needs.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of varying age groups.
Work with teachers and support staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Track and monitor student progress, providing valuable feedback.

Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent.
‍ Previous experience in a SEN school setting is advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
