Vacancy: Technical Product Specialist

Location: Preston

Salary: £22000 - £25000

Working in partnership with a market leader in their field, our client is looking to hire a Technical Product Specialist to join their team in Preston.

As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be a part of the Customer Service Department and will play a key role within the team, providing a link between internal departments and the customer base.

Duties will include:

• Marshalling the product knowledge for allocated product areas
• Responding to customer queries
• Raising claims and queries
• Maintaining product data and ensuring circulation as required
• Producing quotes
• Supporting the Sales team 
• To carry out the tasks set by manager
• Engage with the training provided and learn the company products, policies and ethos

The candidate:

To be successful in the role of Technical Product Specialist, you will have a technical background with a can-do approach.

You should be IT literate, with knowledge of working with MS Office and other IT systems.

You will also have a excellent attention to detail, communication skills and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
