Job Opportunity: Housing Support Worker
Location: Lincoln
DBS Level: Enhanced Adult
Service Users: Service users to be confirmed upon location confirmation
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (8am-4pm / 2pm-10pm), 1 Saturday a month
Car Driver Requirement: Yes
Own Vehicle Requirement: Yes
Valid Business Insurance: Yes

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in need? We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to join our team in East London.

This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

Main Duties of the Role:

• Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans for service users, referring to specialist agencies as needed.


• Ensure properties are well-equipped, maintained, furnished, and cleaned at all times.


• Support residents in understanding their responsibilities to maintain their current and future accommodation.


• Empower and motivate service users to identify and achieve their desired outcomes.


• Develop move-on plans with service users, identifying realistic options for their future housing.

Additional Information:

• This role may involve lone working.


• Some working from home may be required.


• The Housing Support Worker will be responsible for overseeing 3-4 properties.
