Commercial Litigation Solicitor

National, Legal 500 law firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor for their Manchester offices.

Our client are looking for an NQ-3 PQE Solicitor with strong academics and impressive Commercial Litigation experience during their training contract if at NQ level, or since qualification.

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor your caseload may consist of Commercial, Construction, Contract and Property disputes.

Other day to day duties may include taking enquiries and advising clients, reviewing cases and applying strong case strategies take part in pleadings, hearings, disclosures and witness statement preparation.

As the successful candidate, you will ideally have 0-3 years' PQE, are confident in your own ability, can work well as part for a team and have a keen eye for detail.
