This boutique practice offers a suite of business law solutions to commercial client, of which some are very well known in the Midlands property development market.

The firm have fantastic flexibility to ensure a good work/life balance and offer flexible working hours and the option for hybrid working.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work within the Commercial Property team and deal with all aspects of commercial property law including sales, purchase, leases, corporate support work and development work, as well as a small amount of high value residential conveyancing.

Our client envisages the successful candidate to be 2-3 years PQE, however this has been given as a guideline so long as you can demonstrate the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm for the role they are happy to consider applications outside of this bracket.
