What does the role entail?



  • Developing your desk using a variety of techniques to attract new business.

  • Meet and exceeding sales targets

  • Working with education clients to build supportive, long-lasting relationships.

  • Source prospective candidates through a variety of channels.

  • Screen candidates for suitability including qualifications and culture.

  • Manage the interview and placement process from point of application to fulfilment.

  • Market research

  • Support your colleagues and wider team.
