Sales Executive

Reporting to the Group Sales Executive the Sales Executive will drive sales growth and revenue by building and developing relationships with prospect clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving high-volume sales across UK locations.

Your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets, strengthen the company’s market presence, and contribute to our overall success.

Using your own initiative to qualify and generate leads and booking meetings for the Group Sales Director

Main Accountabilities:

• Calling & building a rapport with decision Makers
• Using LinkedIn to find decision makers.
• Understanding tender process
• Booking meetings for the National Sales Executive to attend
• Managing a tender diary
• Email Campaign
• Competitor analysis
• High volume sales strategy

Skills Required

• Proven experience in telesales or business development roles, ideally in the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving business growth, and managing key client accounts.
• Experience managing high volume sales and tender process.
• Familiarity with the temporary labour market and understanding of the recruitment industry.
• Experience in the supply chain industry would be beneficial.
