Local, boutique law firm looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Altrincham office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a role within a legal practice that works hard to cultivate a great office culture and is currently experiencing expansion which is why they are looking to recruit.

Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, you will be working across a broad caseload of:

• Freehold/Leaseholds


• Registered and unregistered properties


• Remortgages


• Transfer of equity


• Residential development


• Plot sales


• New build purchases


• Shared ownership


• Help to buy


• Title applications


• Assets

The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will ideally have 4+ years' PQE and wants to establish themselves for the long-term at a respected legal practice.
