  My Client who are a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team.
  
  

  This role will be to support their global team and will involve travel across Europe to support their manufacturing facilities.

  This role will be suitable for any existing Field Service Engineer or Maintenance Engineer seeking to work in a global position.
  
  

  Field Service Engineer Requirements:

• Apprenticeship, degree or diploma in engineering or related technical field
• Proven experience working as a Field Service Engineer within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel across Europe sometimes at short notice
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficiency in English with any additional European languages being a plus
• High level of mechanical and technical aptitude
• Valid UK Driving License
  

  Field Service Engineer Duties:

• Travel across Europe to customer sites to provide on-site technical assistance, and perform installations, preventative maintenance, and repairs on company equipment and machinery
• Deliver remote troubleshooting and diagnostic support as required
• Assist with new product roll-outs, installation of new lines and equipment
• Deliver training to on-site technicians and operators
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of services performed, parts used and customer feedback
• Act as primary customer contact and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
