Respected, leading law firm looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Tamworth office.

Our client is a well-established, local legal practice who is looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running and can take ownership of their caseload of:

• Acquisitions and disposals


• Commercial leases


• Broad landlord and tenant matters


• Sales


• Purchases


• Breaches of leases

The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have 2+ years' PQE, is wanting to establish themselves for the long-term, has excellent client care skills and is confident in their own ability.
