Corporate Solicitor

Legal 500 ranked, full-service law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor into their Sutton Coldfield offices.

Sacco Mann has recently been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role that sits within a Legal 500 ranked and supportive team.

Within this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Running a full caseload of matters including acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, joint ventures, shareholder matters and reorganisations


• Providing sound and sensitive advice to clients


• Supporting more junior members of the team


• Taking part in networking and Business Development Initiatives

Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be joining and friendly, close-knit team that has a high-quality pipeline of work.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5+ years' PQE, has excellent client care skills, is passionate about all they do and are really looking to make a difference.
