We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team.

ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS POST QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE IN THE UK AS A SOCIAL WORKER.

Within this team you will be supporting young adults in making sure they are prepared for Adulthood.

The team has a friendly feel to it with flexible working, ensuring you have a good work life balance.

About you

The ideal candidate will have good experience undertaking relevant assessments and working with Adults with Disabilities.

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in a Adults setting are essential for this position.
