Technical Support Engineer

Are you a Technical Support Engineer based in Slough, Berkshire, searching for an exciting new opportunity working with a leader in power quality products and refrigeration controls?

My client is a UK based electronics design and manufacturing company who due to recent growth, are expanding and are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be:

- Supporting customers with new and existing products

- To advise on how to use their products, applications, and configuration

- Be in daily contact with customers if needed

- Help investigate product returns and failure analysis and provide reports to customers

- Occasional visit to customers overseas to help them come familiar with the products and to advise on their application

Requirements for the Technical Support Engineer role based in Slough, Berkshire:

- HND or degree qualified in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or similar discipline)

- 3 years+ experience working with electronic products

- A good understanding of electronic circuits and able to read schematic diagrams

- Able to use hands tools, solder components, crimp cables, and use electronic test equipment
