Employment Solicitor

Are you an Employment Solicitor looking for a new role? A regionally renowned law firm is looking to add a new solicitor to their employment division within Leeds City Centre!

As an employment solicitor, you will have a busy and varied case load encompassing a range of employment for a variety of clients with a focus on advising clients in anything from day-to-day HR support through to advising on the most complex or contentious of disputes within the workplace.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad pipeline of projects and develop a long-term, successful career within a well-respected law firm based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be looking to develop their experience in employment as well as showing a demonstrable interest in building their career and becoming one of the best in their field with the support and development that they have to offer.

The firm looks to deliver high quality work for their clients and the successful candidate will be supported and trained continuously as they progress.

The firm also has a strong belief in creating a fun and social atmosphere with the opportunity to join on of their many sports teams as well as after-work socials and charity walks.

With a focus on providing clients with excellent advice and work, the successful candidate will be given the ability to become a fully rounded lawyer and develop a full range of skills as their career develops.

The candidate will ideally have 2-6 years PQE, can manage their time effectively, are confident in their own ability and have fantastic organisational, client care and communication skills.
