National, Legal 500 law firm are recruiting an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to join their Birmingham offices.

As a Residential Development Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Working across large-scale land acquisitions


• Collaborative agreements


• Disposals


• Funding arrangements


• Strategic options


• Urban regeneration
