Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role to join a close-knit and sociable team who works on behalf of Corporates, financial institutions, entrepreneurs and household brands.

Within this role, you will be working on a broad caseload of high value Corporate matters including:

• Mergers and Acquisitions


• Partnership Agreements


• Shareholder Agreements


• Development and Planning matters


• Private Equity investments
