Commercial Solicitor

Leading, well-regarded law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor into their Preston offices.

Our client is a Top 100 ranked legal practice that is known for their workplace culture, collaborative approach to caseloads, hybrid working options and keenness to get involved in making a difference with the wider community.

As a Commercial Solicitor, you will be working between the Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory team on matters such as:

• Protecting Intellectual Property


• Non-Disclosure and Licensing Agreements


• Purchase, Supply and Manufacturing contracts


• Marketing and sponsorship agreements

The successful candidate will ideally have 4+ years PQE, has a great eye for detail, can work well under pressure, is an expert in their field and can prioritise their own time effectively.
